I dunno, I think it would be even better if you had that egg covered, smoked goodness piled on top of a piece of buttered toast (or even better a buttered biscuit)!
I make fresh Bratwurst and only use spices. I make 5 -10 pounds at a time and freeze the extra. Here's a link to my post with recipe:

I've been looking forward to using my AMNPS. I will be smoking a rack of spares in my GOSM Big Block today at about 225 degrees.
Does anybody have any recommendations for the best location inside the smoker for the AMNPS?
I like a fair amount of "tug", too, as well as a lot of smoke flavor. I cut the foil time to 1 1/2 hours for Baby Backs, Spares and Dinos and add it to the last session so mime are 2 - 1 1/2 - 1 1/2 for Baby Backs and 3 - 1 1/2 - 1 1/2 for Spares and Dinos.

Further down "New Posts" Cororumex posted an internal temperature chart of his most recent pulled pork smoke. Your temps were right alongside his. My experience is that you are right in the ballark as well
When you've had as much "windshield time" as I have, you KNOW the answer to this one:
The chicken crossed the road to show the possums and the 'coons IT CAN BE DONE!!!
I don't have an issue with the fact that they make charcoal out of various scrap pieces of worked wood like what was shown. As a matter of fact, I think that's actually pretty commendable (so long as they don't use finished, or treated, wood). The problem I have with cowboy charcoal is that...
