    Got a late start for a smoke tonight. Started around 8pm. Doing a rack of ribs 3-2-1 style. Last picture was at the 3 hour mark when I added parkay and brown sugar before the foil. Only a couple of more hours to go!

    Just picked up a Pitboss 820 Deluxe pellet smoker. It was an upgrade from my Oklahoma Joe Highland. Will do some smoking this weekend and post some pics.

    It's not that I buy a new one every year haha, the mrs. would kill me. This one was bought to replace the cheap temporary one I had for last season. This one will be around until it no longer serves its purpose.

    Hey guys, I haven't posted anything since last year when I first joined. Had a cheap smoker to get me through the year. I smoked about 15 racks of ribs, one 15 lb. brisket, and a few pork butts throughout last summer. I have since upgraded to an Oklahoma Joe Highland to get me through this...

    ribs were fall off the bone tender when unwrapped. They are now sauced and back on. The pork butt is at about 170 so a little bit to go.

    Hey guys. Just joined up on the forum. Running a Dyna glo vertical offset smoker. From Pennsylvania and ready to enjoy the weather and do some smoking. Got some goodies on the smoker now. Will update later with pictures.

    Boston butt is on the smoker as I type this and ribs are about to go on shortly. Cooking at approx. 250 degrees.
