    Tuna Steaks

Thanks! They’re boursin cheese chunks (kinda how you can get feta) according to the Wifey - tasty. I forget when I picked “WaterRat” I’ve used it a few places but yeah, out on the boat all the time scuba diving or fishing and it sounds kinda cool 😉 Thank you! Hits the spot!

    Tuna Steaks

Hey All, Just a quick easy weeknight dinner. This has been a work in progress this summer -over cooked, under cooked, not quite right… but this time I got it right😉 Nice fresh steaks from Wegmans, they cut them right in front of my wife that morning. A little salt n pepper then in the fridge...

Anyone know the name of this type of grill?

Looks pretty much like any grill you can find in a park - though that looks a bit nicer. Used them many times not sure if they have a proper name

    This weather here.....dang!

Here in Jersey July was pretty brutal heat and humidity, rain. August has been better, still hot but way less humid (most days) just good summer weather.

Short Rib “Steaks” & Grilled Pineapple

New grill? Looks brand new… Anyhow the ribs look great, funny thing is around here most are flanken cut like those you have not whole and you have to ask for non cut. A few years back my Mexican neighbors would grill those up with whatever marinade they did (wish I had asked what it was) so vey...

Whole muscle Italian cured meats...not a fan!

I think there’s a huge difference in bought at the grocery store cured meats vs true craft made. A slice of iberico ham right off the leg at a good tapas restaurant would likely change your mind 👍

Mystery Meat ~ What's Your Guess?

And Now For Something Completely Different....

I watched some bbq around the world show and in Sweden they sell small disposable grills. Pretty much an aluminum pan pre-loaded with charcoal. They’d grill sausages on the beach on those summer nights when its still light at 10 pm.
