    What you do is go to Gamestop, buy a couple of those cooking games, and as long as you return them within 7 days, you won't get penalized for 'not likeing them'.     Oh! Smoked in 4 1/2 hours, using cherry. Didn't have another thermometer to moniter temps, as my grate level therm was busted after a different smoke. It was in the lower 3rd of Ideal on the well known innacurate ECB guage.

    That'd be good ol' AB. Alton Brown, that is. Apparently they've never fried their own turkey's, 'cause why would you fry a frozen bird..and why would you dump it in the oil from 6 ft away? I've always had better luck with live turkey's and my head right above the oil. In my folks' kitchen.

    ..Nebraska Huskers that is.. I'm a noob to posting, but not the site, or smoking in general. I'd say that I have a good start on smoking, as I have several pounds of pork and poultry under my smoke ring/belt. Just got done with smoking a 15 lb pork loin and a 6 lb chicken a couple hours ago...
