1 16oz beer
1/4 c. A-1 sauce
1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
2 tblspn cider vinegar
2 tblspn Worcestershire sauce
1 tspn garlic pwdr

Hello yah'll sure do hate it when the grocery stores mark their Boston Butt up to 3 dollars a pound for a 9lb butt. sure wanted to have some BBQ but went with the chicken thighs again at 5 dollars a pack of 8 good sized thighs. used a different wood this time and think i will use it from now on...
