    No finish of the meats. But this is the plate. I got rave reviews on the meats and beans. One of the ladies made tater salad and macaroni salad and red lobster cheddar biscuits. I finished off this plate and was ready for a nap! Jim

    Hit the stall for about an hour….So time to wrap. Beans and chicken on board… Temps upped to 300 degrees hoping not to have rubbery skin. Now to wait on the finish! Thanks for following along. Jim
