This weekend...
Funny part is, as soon as I sent out the company-wide e-mail that there would be ribs on Monday, I had 3 people standing at my desk handing me money. This smoking thing has even more benefits than I thought! All the meat I bought is now paid for! SWEET! -

Went to Sam's last night to pick up my supplies for the weekend! 6 racks of ribs (I promised my co-workers I'd treat them all to ribs on Monday) and 2 7lb Boston Butts to try my first pulled pork. Definitely going to try SoFlaQuer's Finishing sauce with the pulled pork. Going to smoke some... -
