This weekend no rest... Kayak, fishing and picnic (octoberfest style) sat and then sunday smoking a turkey breast for the parents. Mom just had surgery so she could use some good food. I am so tempted to go get a pork loin as well...

I get to smoke Sunday.

I'm driving down to Long Island to meet up with one of my drum building students to see and Christen the new drumset I helped him build via emails, my music website and countlessnumbers of phone calls for the past 11 months and 2 weeks! Whoopie!

I spend Saturday in peaceful solitude and meditation...Sunday is for tequilla, KFC and a rack of ribs for dinner!

I'm there dude. It's pretty much all I think about at work. I look at things differently. When I see certain things, I ask myself, "I wonder if I can make a smoker out of that?" I think about new recipes I want to try. I think about how I can make my smokers better? This goes on for the most part of the day in my mind.
