    Plain old offset 250 gallon

Ok, thanks for reassuring what I was already thinking. I think I'm gonna try the smoke stack out of the 16 gauge just to see. Might get cracking on it in the morning, we'll see.

    Plain old offset 250 gallon

I was hoping to get some advice for my propane tank build. I'm all set on doors and hinges and calculations but my father in law who is going to help me put the firebox together INSISTS I don't need anything thicker than 14 gauge. I don't plan on going any less than 1/4" I just wanted some...

    Kinda rainy day pork butt

I bought a couple pork butts a while back when they were $1.50/lb so I took one out of the freezer the other day to throw on the old ECB. I've got my gardens going real good this year and I literally can't keep up with the amounts of herbs that I'm producing. So I decided to try some fresh...

Ribs, Butt, more Ribs - Q-View

Haven't done a pork butt in a while but they were on sale this week for $1.50 a pound so I bought 3. Today's menu is pulled pork, baby backs, and beef ribs. I haven't done beef ribs too well in the past so if anybody has a suggestion or 2 I would appreciate it. I plan to just cook them maybe...

Is cure from a gift box kit ok for regular sausage?

I got this summer sausage kit for Christmas but I don't care too much for this type of sausage. Can I use the cure that came with this to make other types of sausage? I don't know much at all about sausage making and cures. Any help would be appreciated. Here's pics of what I got
