Thanks All! I was thinking I might be a little short, but these are going to be more sliders with slaw and a side. And we are going to multiple houses. Anyway, I think I'll throw in some ribs or buy another smaller butt and should be good to go. Thanks again and happy holiday's everyone.
Hi All,
I'm smoking a port butt tomorrow for a neighborhood gathering, well a few houses anyway, and just wanted to make sure I have enough pork to do pulled pork sandwiches. I've got a 9.5lb bone in butt I picked up and we are expecting 12 adults (couples). I know the ladies won't eat that...
I've done the pork belly burnt ends and smoked meatballs which turned out fantastic. Recipes from this site I believe. All bit sized...adults and kids devoured them in no time.

Just wanted to jump in and say I am a new Pecos owner and have been very pleased so far. For the money this would be hard to beat. I can run this thing hot and fast if I want (just by using larger splits) or low and slow with smaller splits. And someone on an earlier post mentioned keeping fb...
Thanks! I totally forgot to split my wood into smaller pieces which I think is why she is running hotter than normal. Just had wood delivered earlier in the week and they are a lot bigger than what I was using before. Lesson learned for the next one I throw in there.
