    Built My Own... w/qview

    For the interior burner in my smoker I purchased a nice low pressure low profile outdoor cajun cookware burner. From shoppers choice.com.. It works great for the smoker! had to poke a few holes in the burner because the black paint had closed a few off.

    You mean some of the people in OUR great northwestern state of Washington would actualy put their smoker in the basement. Haha Well as you know there is a nice big Cabellas down by Olympia and a new one is proposed to go in by Oak Harbor. Started the legalities etc.. and Sporting good stores...

    Thanks sunman. I figured if I could build real houses for others most of my life, I could take a crack at building some little smokehouses. From the first smoke out with it, its lookin pretty good. People may not need houses in our current Obameconomics but they certainly need houses of smoke...

    Smokin multiple meats to sample and see how well this baby does. Pork ribs went on 1.5 hrs before the Beef ribs...both sets of ribs are at about 165 deg right now will drop the temp from 225 to about 195 till the right tenderness is achieved
