New Guy and this will be my 1st Reverse Flow Smoker Build
Hey imafishingfred. Nice looking smoker. Just wondering if your drain hole in your rf plate is big enough? Ive never smoked before but id imagine with the big volume of cook space you could have quite a bit of drippings. If its just oils probably be fine but maybe bits of meat might block it up...- aussiq

I have the same thermometer and agree. Its a great thermometer but it is a little tricky to use. I feel as if it needs a few more buttons to make menu selection easyier and the light dosnt stay on long enough for me. -

Hey bishgeo . Where did you end up putting the plenum? Iam having the same problem figuring out how and where to put mine. Did it work out for you? Maybe scrap that last post. Seams like a plenum is the way to go. Which leads me to... does a plenum need to be a certian shape? Or volume? Is it pretty much a fancy square box.? I really have no idea. The 90 degree bend idea sounds easiest but from the info i gathered on here i should avoid...- aussiq
