    Very nice Disco, and we also love FO Soup. I always try it when we go out and I see it on the menu. But always better at home. I love adding the concept to other meals and smokes, like my FO baked potatoes , and others Again glad to see you are doing great and cooking . David

    Thanks Brian for the Love and the comment. Food was a nice break, and yes it is a lot of work and mostly just me doing it . Had help raising the built walls, and a good buddy of mine helped me with the trusses. That was fun just the 2 of us. But it is coming and it will be a lot more fun time...

I have video's of the Mackerel schooling around the floating dock, about 5 feet from me standing there, just way too cool. Will take the boat down next year for sure. But not until the main shell is finished...
