not ready here in NY, jalapenos are about 3" long and still very green. I did forget to water them a drooped all the leaves...maybe that will increase the heat level?
Man Brian, you must feed the entire river crowd and the local brewery with all the food you make! I might have to get a place near you in TX to partake in your cooking.
The black raspberry would probably go nice, kind of like Bramble
the other flavors...not so sure although if jolly ranchers come in lemon or lime that would be perfect with gin.
I left 2 types of japs, fish and datyl peppers on the plants over winter, now I have 2 x 4 planter literally lined with new plants. Should be interesting what comes out this year...hopefully the japs will be hotter.
Nice Brian, have not mad it in a while now that really good place opened up a mile from me.
That Cot pho base is really good stuff as is their coconut tom guy base
This is a steal @ $1000, you are looking at least $1600 new and this is almost new. GLWS Al, sorry to see you exit the hardcore smoking world but I understand. I have learned so much from you over the last bunch of years. I hope you stick around and poke fun at us every once in a while.
My parents retired from Long Island to NEPA, Pike county. We built a house 1 mile from them in 2020. It is great up there except the nearest hospital is about an hour away...ask me how I know...lol
That is a great idea, @912smoker got me into smoking the cream cheese. I bring it to room temp and mix in everything bagel seasoning or whatever else I want. Form it back into the block shape, cool, score and smoke.
