When I built a UDS, I put a second rack in. I never used it it was a pain in the a$$. I did go with a kettle lid and a hinge, and that made life a lot better
I'm in the same boat as @JJS . Got my Weber kettle from HD for $60 cuz someone tweaked it with a forklift. She wobbles a little bit and it leaks smoke a little but I wouldn't live without it

Thanks guys. I was surprised to see picanha at Walmart too. We have a Super Walmart close by in Elkton, Md and they're starting to carry some good ( and different ) cuts of meat
Searching the meat section at Walmart this morning looking for a brisket.. no dice. They have picanha!! It was pricey at $7.25/ lb., but it was Angus, and I was hungry. Cut it in 2 -1/2 inch hunks, seasoned with just coarse sea salt.
