The Kitty here in the Carolina's will be running chuck for 5.99 lb. last week they ran f@$kin top round for 7.99/lb - criminal. A friend of mine's daughter and her husband in Idaho had been regularly buying 3 piglets (for the last few years) and slaughter/butcher all in house but didn't this season because both piglets and feed costs exploded. Teriyaki bluefin tuna.
Looks good to me. I could never post a salmon cook here, I'd get crucified because I like mine cooked through. Not cooked to flinders, but flaky. My leftovers get turned into salmon patties, and if I had some of that delicious looking tuna, I'd probably try turning leftover into tuna...- Hijack73
