Health Insurance
Remember full retirement age in social security is based the year you where born. In my case I was born in 1956 and will reach full retirement age at 66 1/2. Before then you get less, but after you get 8 percent per year.- shoebe

Early Retirement??
I took the leap when I was 57. After after 37 years I was ready. The thing that hurt us the most is health insurance and the cost of it so be careful. We had to pay $1,760 a month last year. That was with a $10,000 deductible. We got a T-Mobile cell phone this year. It's $70 a month or two...- shoebe

Technology is making it slightly easier to a total lifeline for some.
My 94 year old mother who lives in assisted living. They put her in her room or apartment and she has not left it for almost 3 months now she's going crazy. No visitors allowed that includes family members. My brother and I order supplies and food for her to be delivered. I am very thankful it...- shoebe
