    Quick holding question...

    I’m no expert, but 6 hours in a cooler seems ok to me if you wrap tightly in foil and towels. I held a butt for like 3-4 hours once and it came out like it was still 200 degrees plus. Maybe not, but it was very hot and steaming and too hot to hold.

    We are in the 95%. I’ve noticed that prices have gone up about 10 cents per gallon already to get the travelers. I don’t have the glasses, so will just continue working during that time.

    Check your local Walmart. They have been putting their Pit Boss smokers on clearance the last few weeks, usually about 50% off. Grabbed a tabletop PB a couple years back while on clearance and it’s still going strong.
