Never tried sliced cheese with wings before. Always used a dip. Great idea!
Kudos to your wife for finding such a great deal. She's definitely a keeper!
Don
Agreed. A 36 to 48 hour bath works wonders. Followed by a weed burner torch for searing and you'll want to marry that SV!
Your steak looks perfect. Congrats,
Don
Great lesson Al!!
Never had "Beef" bacon, but now I just have to get my hands on some beef belly. Haven't even done pork belly yet, but your presentation puts beef at the top of the list. Congratulations on the carousel ride!

Looks like a perfect meal Keith. I like my fries dry or for dipping because of the "crunch" factor, But I believe Shrimp Creole could make a hobo's shoe edible!
Don
Looks GREAT! Don 't know if I would change anything.
Smoked Gouda?
Celery seed for and "Old Bay" feel?
Or add Shrimp?
Personally I'd take a bowl......AND seconds please.

Don

I was just following this thread to gleam some tips. This lady is pretty easy to follow and understand. I always learn more by watching than reading anymore. (Just lazy) Thanks for pointing this YT site out Rick. Between you and Ray you guys have taken alot of the fear and mystery out of bread...
Glad it all worked out Jerry. Don't try to be macho and do too much too soon. Rest, fluids and slow careful movements are your main focus for a while. Probably feel OK now....but once the anesthesia and pain meds wear off you MIGHT get a little "pissy" (pun intended). Hope the recovery is fast...
Congratulations to all the winners! Even though I think ALL of those entries looked incredible. Thank you to The SMF Throw Down Committee as well. These events are great fun to watch...(and vote on).
Don
Our thoughts and prayers are with you Jerry! You've certainly had your share of surgeries! At least you know they've got this kind down to
a science. Plus you have a true "Home Health Nurse" to look after you. Best of luck sir!

A sack or 2 is is fine with me. I always brought them home already cooked so I have no idea how to get them. BUT,.....if we're going to a cookout weekend, I would think someone might want to do it there? Just a thought. Any volunteers?
