Market went real good yesterday, only came home with 1 bread. My wife sold 25dz cookies. Sold 5 of the scoops.

Sundays farmers market is getting closer. This will be the grand opening day for the season, live music from a local group and things for the kids. We are a pet friendly market

My wife had the larger lift KA for when she baked cakes, it was a heavy monster. Kinda on the fence with this new OONI mixer, since its just been released the price may stay high for while.

Another good farmers market day.
The food trailer next to use has one more permit to get. They are going to buying bread from us so they can make sourdough grilled cheese sammys.
We only came home with 1 sourdough so its toast this morning.
Same here. All those spice jars and such take up too much room, easier to buy pre mix from the companies above. BTW Eldons has been around for long time, now owned by the employees, dont know if Eldon & Karen still are in the workings of it but I know they still do the Dakotah stuffer.
