Hello I just picked up the Brinkmann TMLE smoker today and have done a couple mods so far, which I owe thanks to everyone who shared their mods. I'm going to get some tuning plates made out of steel. first attempt at a fatty
making up a few racks of ribs, a pork butt, and my first attempt at a fatty I stuffed it with pepperoni, mozzarella, ricotta, fresh basil and tomatoes. I only took a pic of the finished fatty, not the ribs or butt. Next time I'll make a breakfast one after seeing all the awesome pics of... -

pulled pork question
Good morning Has anyone ever tried putting pulled pork back into the smoker after pulling and applying a finishing sauce plus more rub to give it an extra kiss of smoke? I've only attempted 2 pork butts so far with my cajun injector smoker and AMNPS. By the time I add the finishing sauce... -
