Here's a compilation of various JD "clones" that I've seen turned into one recipe listing. There are variable ingredient quantities and optional ingredients found in some but not all.
One thing missing from all of them except the Maple is a sweet ration and since I don't like hidden sugar...

Practice on a chicken
One variation I've seen leaves the drummies on till last to provide a little more support for the carcass while removing the breasts.
Exhaust stack looks small too. What size is it?
Also you have it restricted by the rain cap / pest guard / diffuser.
It's better to oversize both intake and exhaust since you can control them on the fly with dampers. Can't make them bigger without metal surgery.
Thanks, never even thought about there being beef country style ribs. I've cooked and loved pork CSR's for years. Your's look great. Now have to try these.
A couple of thoughts on your cook.
With brisket, the old adage is dry and tough is undercooked; dry and crumbly is over cooked. Could...
With the exceptions of turkeys at Thanksgiving and Christmas along with corned beef at St. Patty's day and maybe ham at Easter the only meat or seafood I remember Kroger having good prices on was round steak about 30 years ago when they sold it cheaper than ground beef.
There used to be 2 stores...
That bean recipe looks like it could be versatile.
I can envision trying it with asparagus.
Maybe Italian dressing or a vinaigrette in place of the EVOO.
Then Cajun/Creole or Cavender's for the seasoning.
I would caution everyone to look at the diet cola label and avoid any with Acesulfame Potassium, aka Acesulfame K, or Ace K. It spikes blood sugar as badly or worse than real sugar.
I.E. Diet Coke is OK while Coke Zero is not.
Have to look on a case by case basis.
In elementary school you could get cookies and milk at morning recess for, IIRC, $0.03 and I believe extra milk at lunch was $0.02. I think lunch was $0.25. I rarely ate lunch at school as I only lived about a block and a half away. The ladies at school even made the hamburger buns for lunch...

An ex girlfriend wanted me to go to NY with her. I declined. She later went with a girlfriend.
I would like to experience the local and ethnic foods. Katz deli would be a must and I'd like to spend time at B&H Photo with a good supply of discretionary funds. However I'm won't ever go there.
Let me suggest another dish. Sort of a stewed tomatoes and okra.
Start with some bacon and fry to your desired doneness. Remove the bacon and set aside to be chopped. Add some diced onion to the pan and cook til about translucent. A little tomato paste can be added with the onions if you...
Leave the slime on them until you have them coated in meal to bind the meal on them. BTW, cornmeal mix works real well for a dredge. Then fry them and the slime will go away.
Frying okra will make the slime disappear before putting them in gumbo, plus other soups and dishes too.
Freeze what you can't eat.
Don't avoid all the big pods. See if your thumbnail will cut in the pod. If so it's good to go.
Buying (or getting) only small pods you lose a bunch of okra relative to the weight.

Last I knew using debit cards online is not wise. If anyone gets control of your debit card numbers there is no recourse after they drain your account and in a worst case scenario they can drain your entire bank account.
Use a credit card and pay off monthly or only carry for a month or two...
