Probably drafting different which is pulling the smoke out other places. You can get some fireplace rope and line the edge of your door so it creates a tight fit.
also try playing with your vents so you can learn the quirks of your new toy!

I have seen close up one of these rigs owned by Johnsonville Bratwurst.
Each door has it's own gas supply and the option for charcoal.
It's basically an awesome ego trip.

Been in the smoke for 3 hours one more hour and will crank it up to 165 , been having to pour the gas to the smoke house to maintain temps , I smoke with treated 2x4's so the smoke is really blowing !!!

I haven't heard of this until today, maybe for good reason... Has anyone tried it on their birds? It seems to me that unless it was injected, too much moisture would be lost. Any advice is appreciated!
That all looks really great! Just one word of caution. Place the chicken on the bottom rack so the juices don't drip on other meat. Better to be safe than sorry.
