Camp Chef pellet grills are center fed as well, and you can get insulated covers for them, rec tec and traegers. They are easy to find on amazon, but none provide any temp ratings really, so you'd have to ask about that. Gary's suggestion of a welding blanket is probably your best option...
Sweet Baby Ray's buffalo sauce is my preferred brand now. It's the only wing sauce I've ever found that has good heat and tang, and doesn't thin out when it's heated. It actually thickens when you bake or grill it on wings. I gave up on franks's and pete's because they're more like a wing...
I was wrong about them being seasonal. I just cleaned out two local walmarts from recent deliveries so I'm good for the winter now. 11.52 per 20lb bag.
I agree 100% rings. I keep it simple, just a touch of sugar if needed but otherwise cook to taste just like you described. I've worked over 10 years in pizza shops, and made quite a few in preparations for the PA gathering that just passed, so it really frustrates me to not have access to...
B&B Pellets are allegedly BBQr's Delight rebranded. I love the hickory, as it's the only one available near me, and they are very reasonably priced at walmart. The hickory pellets on ground beef is almost too strong of a smoke flavor for me. The down side is they are only stocked seasonally...
I haven't used a mac in forever, so I'm kind of clueless there. Is it only copying link information that's visible in the address bar? If you click on it, and mouse all the way over to the right, is there more text that scrolls in off the edge of the bar? Working works though.
Try copying into the link icon Bear. It's the little chain icon to the right of the A. Insert the copied url there. Here's a test from your first post.

It might have something to do with the new forums not...
The ash is normal, I vacuum mine every three or four cooks, as the blower fan does spread it around the bottom of the cook chamber some. I never have a problem with it reaching food with the drip pan and diffuser in place. I've actually caught hell from the wife for ruining her furniture...
I have an STX and have cooked on mine almost every weekend since fathers day and only had one flame out warning. It did happen recently, and I noticed the temp was actually running lower than normal, and I found a few posts recommending to clean the temp probe down to shiny metal, removing any...
I'm sorry to hear that Warren, likewise we got all the way home just fine. When we left for the Fall event at three hogs that I mentioned the wife's hyundai overheated 20 minutes out, so we never made it, but thank god it got us home!
Thanks again to cfarmer and family for hosting this, and to...
I agree with you 100% on the food court teriyaki. Our mall has a very good stand, and it's literally 3 minutes away. Just for convenience I'll have to give your take a shot, I haven't had my wok out in forever. Thanks for sharing!
