    So was looking in my freezer yesterday while putting away the 12 pork butts i picked up and realized i only had 2 packages of brata left. Better use a couple butts and make up some brats. Only did up 5lbs today, because I have another project working.

    Hope your cook is going as good as mine went. Here's a picture of the sliced. Here's a picture of the burnt ends. Should've maybe left them on little longer, but it's getting late and I wanna get some sleep tonight.

    Just pulled it off the smoker. IT was 205. Separated the point to attempt burnt ends for the first time in my smoking career. Here it is just off smoker. Here is a picture of burnt ends right before put back on smoker.

    Not too bad. When the snow started flying I upped the temp to 245, from my usual 225. And seems to have helped. Just snapped this pic.
