    Can definitely get fish oil in liquid capsule form, pro tip if it makes you burp fish freeze them. Carlson makes great liquid fish oil as well with lemon flavor. It's delicious.

    Thanks guys for the encouraging words! I still have a long way to go to get where I want to be but moving in the right direction. I spent most of my 40s and 50s in top 1% shape. Much like my food I'm all gas no brakes with my expectations.
