Publix bakery French burger bun with hangover the side, SP seasoned, kettle seared burger. Top it with cheddar, chili beef, shaved sweet onion, cole slaw and mustard. This burger is on my Daytona 500 food coma menu.

Pops are frenched legs. Smoked then dipped in Sonny’s Sweet. The ribs had very little pullback but they had that perfect bite. Sorry for the double vision.
The weather here in Knoxville has been awful. So with the sun shine yesterday we ventured to Pigeon Forge, enjoyed the sun and moved Sunday ribs and lollie pops cook to today. I rather like tending to bbq on a rainy day. The spares got a shake down of SM Spicy Apple and the pops got Sweet Money...

Our Kroger often has chuck roast on sale for $3.49-3.99. Never had a problem and they always had some nice ones to choose from. I get knuckles from GFS that we get sirloin tip roasts for pit beef and tons of good stew meat that will shred.
Sounds like your sick up and fed with that MPS and your ready to kick it to the curb. However there’s still a few days til Christmas and maybe Santa can bring you a WSM or kettle and a couple bags of RO. Sorry I can’t give much advice on running the MPS. Maybe some one else can.
