    Wouldn't take me long to get sick of chicken, no goats available but A deer is close enough. I have ate at a few in Knoxville and folks ask what's in the dish with goat in it, most pass it by but it is good. may have to talk the wife into going this weekend, been a couple years since we been.

    Your probably looking at 3-4 hours depending on weight, the average weight will be around 3lb ? remember lower temps = more smoke with a pellet smoker. it's ok to have them done and resting, I like fresh cooked over reheated due to moisture lose on the reheat.

    Are you sure they are not adjustable? is there a nut on the back at the base of the stem? put a wrench on it and turn the outer part.

    I like my puppy's round, a bag works ok but you get cigar shapes, a ice-cream scoop with the flipper on it works well, give it a swipe in the oil some as you go along so the batter doesn't stick.

    Amazing the crap that comes in with the water, filter protects the water valves on some of them and not on others, it sure slowed down the water valves replacements when they all come out with them.
