    3lb brisket point on my Jumbo Joe. Marinated in key lime juice and rubbed with Tatonka dust. KBB and Amazen smoke tube with pecan pellets.

    Very nice. Almost always throw an onion or two on the smoker with whatever I cook. I like to put some rub on sweet potatoes also, and throw those on. Never cut the onion like that. Usually just halved em. Gotta try that. Gracias.

    My dad had a similar problem a few years ago. He just covered the burner with lava rocks. Last year, he bought a brand new grill. Wish I could help, but gas grills and me don't get along too well.

    Some info for senorkevin. I just updated my Amazon shopping app on my phone, android, and it said it was adding shopping in Mexico. Something like amazon.com.mx. but if you had the app you could automatically use it. Just thought that might help you out.

    I've used the grey poop mustard, Sriracha sauce, even regular Cholula hot sauce as a sticking agent for Jeff's rub. They all worked great.
