    are these smokers worth a hoot? a guy at the propane/hardware store say they are the best thing ever. smokes everything on them. just dont understand due to the fact the fire is below the meat instead of the side w/ nothing in between.

    just use your imagination w/ brisket. you can almost never go wrong w/ ne thing you do w/ it. my mom use to make something i'll have to call her and find out what it was and how she made it. but like i said use the ol imagination.

    unless you were going to try to smoke the leg, why in the would you have it in the smoker, i would think the deep freeze would be a better place. thes hind quarters, leg of lamb pigs and chickens feet and now leg of human. whats next?
