    Propane Grill Issue

    The grill burner tubes can corrode and change the flow of gas. If they haven't been replaced in a while, I would do that. Another thing you can do is brush the burner holes with a tooth brush to clear the holes. Issue is the holes become larger over time and causes the back holes to get less gas.

    I just looked harder at BBQ Delight and they are 1/3 flavor wood and 2/3 oak. So now I don't know of any company that makes 100% mesquite.

    The only 100% mesquite pellets I can find are made by a company BBQ Delight. I know of one place that sells them local to me in the Seattle area. I have been reluctant to try them, not sure of the brand at all. I use lumberjack everything a couple of local business sell them. They just don't...

    I use lumberjack 100% cherry and they burn fine. It is my favorite wood for baby back's. Maybe it just needs longer to dry.

    That's only because the kosher salt, larger granules, has more air hence same weight but more volume. It isn't more salt, just more air.

    Some More Vortex Ribs

    When I am cooking ribs for a group of people I usually cook them as doubles. With 2 they get done faster and get smoke on more sides.
