Ribs are delicious as mentioned above. Pork Tenderloin is great for a quick and easy week night meal. What do like/want to cook? Lots a good threads here. Some great recipes here:

Just to add a few thoughts. As you mentioned, if you can get current Dr to get you at least a 3 months supply, if not more of meds going into 2026 that would be great.
I'd lean toward traditional Medicare A&B, and a Supplement Plan G & Part D for prescriptions. All of these will start June...
Speed. My GameSaver is very particular about bag placement. I also have to push down on the lid a fair amount to get it to seal. So time, my lack of patience and flash sale did me in 👍
I went with LEM chamber but I have not had it out of the box yet. I've used Foodsavers for years. They are light and easy to move, but they lack the quickness and occasionally solid seal because of one reason or another.
I'm a fan of Jeff's, need to make up some more since I'm out. I also like to try some off the shelf. If salt is listed as first ingredient I pass. $10 is the usual price for off the shelf here. But, usually a blend of SPG or SPOG is cheaper and can be made at home.
Thinking outside the box a bit....how about a Weber 26? Certainly lighter and easier to move around. Hasty Bake, Smokeslinger and Lone Star also make great grills. Lot of good tools out there.
