What if you create a drip leg in the chimney. Come out the top of smoker with an elbow going into a tee then up the stack. Condensate would drip straight down and out the bottom of the tee. You would have to support it all somehow. Just a crazy idea.
The app was updated a month or two ago. I also have a TP-20 just use the app if I'm outside doing other things. Works in the house for me also.
I havent tried changing temps or times with it. I heard that can be a problem.
For some reason the Bluetooth wont connect today on my MES 230G its only a few months old. It worked in the past. Standing right in front of it. I have heard this app has connection issues.
I even uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck. Any ideas?

It does appear to have been banged around a lot! I feel for you! Last Christmas I got a Masterbuilt smoker thru Cableas and it was delivered by UPS in perfect condition. Always a possible problem when ordering.

The Main Difference. Pork loin and pork tenderloin are not cut from the same part of the animal, and in fact, look really different — pork tenderloin is thin and small, while a pork loin is wide enough that you can cut...
I'm planning on doing our turkey on Friday instead of Thanksgiving. It's a 17# Butterball that came brined with 8% sodium. Would it be a mistake to inject with Tony Chachere's Creole style Butter 14% sodium?
This is my first attempt at doing a turkey on my MES 30 and I dont want to create a...
I was planning on using a brine and injecting my first turkey but when I read the Butterball package it has already been brined. Dont want to risk "too much salt" so I wont inject or brine. Next time we will buy a fresh "unmolested" bird.
