Still bugs me that I had to use pizza dough instead of the Yorkshire Pudding that the original pic claimed to have used...but it was fantastic nonetheless!

I have a WSM 22.5 and a LG BGE and I must say that the egg does get the most use. Although I do use my WSM in the summer, the BGE get all my winter smokes (cause I can control the heat so much easier).
Plus its great for searing and pizza!
