    Andouille stuffed pork tenderloin

    Wow I've never seen a stuffed tenderloin!  Looks delicious!  I haven't seen a tenderloin big enough around here to do that.  How did you stuff it like that?

    Microwave fires do occur.  There is still enough oxygen for ignition.  The fire will not last unless the microwave is vented (which some are) or if the door is opened right after ignition.

    I like using chipotle powder over cayenne.  Whenever a recipe calls for cayenne, I usually use chipotle instead.
