    Thanks Bear, I have learned to like the green grenade. I used a cheese blend and it wasn’t to flavorful avocados next time, sharp cheddar after that. Time I’ll tell.

    Just finished the rest of the point for burnt ends! I tossed in some onions,which I highly recommend. Served with cheesy mashed taters with a touch of green onion.

    You can put the syrup in your brine I have done it before like a half or quarter cup I don’t remember for sure. I wonder if it the syrup may burn if you coat it.

    Tasty looking pork! We have butcher block on 2/3 of our cabinets and our island we use mineral oil on it much cheaper then block oil.

    I like to smoke a chuckie till it has a nice color. Then I pan it with French onion soup seal it up and let it rip. First part of the cook usually 250 let it go 275-300 to finish. I add enough of the soup for moisture after pulling. I stopped to low a heat with chuckies as they were taking...
