    Pulled it off after an hour and 45 minutes. The thighs were reading 188 when I pulled it out. I loved how the thermometer slid in and out some smoothly! Just waiting on the baked potatoes then we're diving in! Right before I took it off: The finished product:

    Thanks for the tips! I want to get the little Weber charcoal basket thingy I saw somewhere.. I'll definitely rotate the bird..planning to do that in a couple minutes..
