You will be short a bit on your portion size. I would recommend a minimum of 8 ounces per person and that would be cooked weight. You can expect to lose up to 50% in the cook.
Perhaps I am biased a bit as I own a Camp Chef but mine runs like a champ and has never failed me. The Weber EX4 has had some problems with pellet feeding and grease fires from drippings getting into the fire. My vote is for the Camp Chef.
