    They had some fat pooled in the casing but I don't think it really affected anything still have great flavor. Maybe next time just a little bit more habanero dust 128513. Thank for looking and the kind words

    Here they are out of the smoker. Had a little bit of fat out in two of them but think they will still be OK. Will try to put them back it tonight and get them to temp. Using hickory with this smoke.
