It did and the gouda was the best one from the batch for sure!
I do remember having a black wrapped Tillamook before, just do not remember if I smoked it or just ate it....:emoji_wink: and it was good. Tillamook is our go to cheese.

I do my own cheese as well in my Weber S330 with a smoker tube.
Have only done it twice (maybe 3 times) but it sure comes out really nice.
Yes 3-4 hours is my guideline and then vacuum seal and into the fridge for at least a couple of weeks, that is if I can keep my wife out of...
I also learned from him and send my condolences to his family.
It tried to kill me too but I am still kickin', just not as hard as I used to.

Darn, and I was looking at the GMG Daniel Boone or the new Trek.
So I can put it in the 5th wheel.
Because my piece of JUNK RecTec has been broke since last July and support is giving me the run around. Got 9 months of good service out of it.
Is this an issue with all models or just yours?
