I have always been a zoom in kind of picture taker , as it also helps with not steaming the lens
and than your picture looks like it in the fog, and the shadow from my big head.

I try and keep the stash and patch neat and trimmed , but sometimes it gets away from me. as for the hair, it was starting to move away from the eyebrows , so I said I going to win and cut it all off. I win lol

I / we love pork steaks and chops.
Mostly on a grill with smoke tube. And like @chopsaw Rich said with bend or pullback. probably around 145deg, but you know , when you know.

Next day after I ate on it a little more .
I chopped up all the left overs and made a big Smoked Pork Roast Stew.
Close to a Pork Stroganoff.
Now this was very good.

Yes a smoked pork roast is good, and yes so many ways to do it up flavour wise.
This one is spun, but you can just smoke it on a rack also.
This is what I just posted for mothers day..... And the Ladies loved it. Always save the drippings for a good gravy.

All good ideas , BUT. That is one of the big problems most folks are talking about. The quality of their pictures they say they are having problems with. So now it would be 3 pictures they would be not happy with.
And it was in the fine print somewhere ( ha ha ) that after the throwdown...
