    Tasted pretty good, I like all the ingredients, was around 2 hrs for the bacon to crisp at 230 degrees ... I like the hickory taste on top..thanks for the point Gary

    Here we go ... loins done , pinapples stuffed and wrapped and on the smoker .. 12:00 .... left piece in trimmed off top on second one with the Italian seasoned and butter both bacon wrapped and ready on the smoker ... probably a couple hrs now ....is now 12:15

    Looks nice ... points to you .. next sammie, put your pulled pork on bun, then bbq sauce , then a nice heaping tablespoon of that slaw on top and eat it the southern way ... that's how we roll here in Fla.

    Well,meat is like half done now 110 degrees, cleaned out, skinned both pineapples ..took like 40 minutes each .. lot of prep work, I stuck em both in a bag and put em freezer .. gonna leave em like that for about an hr or so, real juicy ... waiting on the meat now ...

    Well, thanks Richie, never did these before, matter of fact only heard about 5 days ago... lol, I fired up smoker and will put loins and tenderloin on at 10:00 measured out clearance from bottom grate in smoker and trimmed of some leaves ... will be later when I put it all together, will...

    doesn't matter, long as you put a probe in the middle and pull it of smoker at 203 - 205 internal , it will take a long time to be done.. you have plenty of time to move it all around if you like ...

    Like I said .. really looks nice .. can't blow up pics ... but is good lookin meatloaf .. when I plate wifes meatloaf , I top it off with chili sauce .. comes in a jar like ketchup sorta ..and mix it with some med hot , hot sauce ..
