Welcome to the forum Mark! Too many smokers, huh? I'd say that's a good problem to have! I've only been smoking for a little over a year and am still running electric, so can't offer advice on smoker selection. Just wanted to say Hi and good luck finding the right smoker for you, and then good...
Sounds like a great plan! What day are you smoking? I'm smoking Monday-wings, shrimp, and whatever speaks to be at the store today! You doing a Qview? Love to see that nice brisket on the smoker! Have a great time smoking, and don't forget to stay hydrated! I know I will! LOL

I have always foiled my ribs. But am seeing more and more about no foil. I think next time I do ribs I'll do 2 racks with a side by side comparison to see which I like better. Arrgh! I'm being pulled to the dark side! LOL
Sounds great! Going to be a whole lot of smokin' going on this weekend for sure! I'm firing up on Monday. Wings and shrimp? Still planning. Have fun with your smoke, David.
Glad to hear they are taking care of you, I've heard they are very good. Are they replacing it just because of the temp swing, or other issues? Just curious because from what I've read on here, most MES owners accept that much of a temp swing as normal MES behavior.

Looking good. I hate getting up early on my day off, but then some of my long smokes aren't done till 10 or 11 at night! Usually have plan B for dinner. LOL
