I cooked 1 a week ago, it didnt have alot of fat .. it turned out ok but was a tad dry.. I would say wrap it up around 160 IT .. maybe add a stick of butter with the wrap..
I have tried to work with tortillas, just to thin.. they dry out and sometimes get super crunchy and even burnt... kinda sux because i like them.. I like seeing creative posts win or lose its how we all learn.. i think it makes us better .. great idea..
we probably still eat more ash with a pellet smoker, damn fan blows it around like crazy.. thats 1 thing i do not like about them.. we may be getting off topic here LOL - Be safe folks, dont leave your smoker unattended ... ok were good now ..
LMAO - i still have not made my mind up on mine, i like some aspects of it and some i do not.. I like my old stick burner with charcoal and wood but i hate baby sitting it while its hot as hell outside.. not to mention it needs some serious work done to it rite now.. my electric has been solid...

yes sir, mine is on wheels and easy to move around.. i still would not sleep though.. i have left it unattended a couple times but it was away from the house .. Scary stuff and its not just from a grease fire, it can happen to a pellet smoker to if the air gets constricted, it will cause a Auger...
