I never brine longer than about 12 hours as it seems to change the texture of the meat too much.
I have heard people say they brine a lot longer but can’t really speak from experience here.

Keith, I think that is a device/system thing.. for instance, on my Mac it is not a red line at all but rather a white box below the misspelt word with the corrected spelling.

Others may have a different way of handling this.. I think your plan is good and should work just fine.
The only thing I will interject is concerning the reheating temperature.
If you have had good luck reheating things at higher temperatures then we don't wanna fix what's not broken however...
