Sundried Tomato, Banana Pepper, Colby-Jack Fatty w/ How To Pics

That is really awesome. I will be trying out my own "fatty" just as soon as possible. I'm gonna have to think on this and try to come up with something original.

Wow! Nice work. Sorry to hear about the potatoes, but just a lesson learned I guess. Very impressive.

A little Butt had a long day...

I started with just a little dude, rubbed him up with some good ole "Butt Rub" and extra garlic, salt, and a touch of light brown sugar. Used my DG offset that was set up for a "minion burn." First fuel load lasted over 4 hours using bulk charcoal and hickory chunks. Had a fairly clean...

Close the firebox and temp drops

I've actually had to do just that with my DG. I've also used bellows to get the fuel load going enough to continue to burn once the fire door is closed. I think, I'm still working on this premise, that the DG- vertical offset is pretty much a fair weather friend. If the conditions are good...

Howdy from "the center of the universe", Philo IL

I just wanted to say thanks, first and foremost, to all the members already on board the SMF train. I've been browsing the site for a bit, most especially before I purchased my latest equipment. Prior to buying my Dyna-Glo vertical offset, I read post after post on this forum regarding every...

Need help choosing a new offset!!! Help!!

I love my DG. I followed the mods that were presented on this page, in detail I might add, and everything is downright kick butt. The DG offset vertical is just so much better than my previous offsets.
Great deal on LEM Grinders!
