    Fresh Italian Pork Sausage Sammies

I have to say I've really come to like Weis house brand sausage. Both the sweet and hot Italian are great. Their breakfast links are excellent too! These Sammie's look great!

    Pizza on the kettle

I really have to step up and buy one of the attachments. They look great! I make pizzas now just using the regular kettle. I can't imagine how much better they might be with the correct hardware.

    Glenn's Smokers

Hi All I see there's only one old thread about Glenn's Smokers and it doesn't have much response. I'm looking into jumping into a stick burner and his stuff looks really nice and reasonably priced. Just wondering of any members have one if his cookers? Thus far, all the responses I've...

    From disaster to triumph

Today is a day of appetizers for the NFL playoffs at T4. One item was to be pork shots. I mixed up some rub and cream cheese. Cut up some local sausage, and then... The bacon I got was complete junk. It was supposed to be thick cut but I'm pretty sure I couuld have read the newspaper...

    Favorite Winter Beers?

I don't know if I'd consider it a winter beer but Nugget Nectar just dropped from Troegs. Just had my first taste of it last night. Excellent as always, might actually go to the brewery today for afternoon matinee of beer drinking.

    Laughing my stupidity...

I've had the AMPNS for years now. It's been hit or miss on the performance. Usually when I got it to work, I stood around and scratched my head and admired my success My advice to all the new BBQ "masters" reading this forum and thinking you know everything is this.... Follow the...

    Harman Stove Tiles

Does anyone know where I can get custom tile inserts for the ash door on my Harman? The covered bridge set I have now are great, but I want something a bit more "me".

    PPE - Use it!

Thanks man! I told my mom what happened and she screamed about only getting two eyes in life... Then it set in... I always respect my woman (a nurse) and my mom (she's my mom)'s opinions!

    PPE - Use it!

I agree. I wouldn't put coal in a wood stove. Two completely different heat sources. Wood is hot... But coal is HOT! They don't melt steel with wood.

    PPE - Use it!

We're straight here! Swelling down, no cuts or other issues per the eye doc... $107 out of pocket against my deductible! I still love this stove! It's 76°+ all week ( night and day). I actually have the windows open! Cold tonight, it finally kicked on the high idle for a few minutes.

    PPE - Use it!

Man... I'm looking forward to it! I'm trying to figure out the best way to duct the blower into my existing ductwork.

    PPE - Use it!

I may actually run to urgent care in the morning. In my old age I'm learning to appreciate health insurance. And... My eyes are one of the few things that don't hurt or cause me ailments.

    PPE - Use it!

I'm liking it this far. The rice coal is interesting. My old stove burned stove coal. Pretty much if you could fit through the door, you could burn it. A royal pain in the ass to get lit, but once you got it going, it would burn for days.

Well.... It's lit!... ...and I will be too soon!

    PPE - Use it!

I had a coal stove in our downstairs bar for 20 years. Worst I ever did was burn my hand a few times. This is an extreme even for me! I do like this stove though. Going from a Warm Morning hand fired stove that my great-grandfather bought in 1929 to this thing is a beyond an upgrade. Just...

    PPE - Use it!

As the book of Tim's best moments in life continues to be written... Tonight's chapter is a stretch even for me. I bought a Harman Super Magnum coal stove off my buddy. He told me that the easiest way to light it is to light some lump charcoal with the MAPP gas torch then when it's burning...

Favorite beer while smoking and/or eating BBQ?

I'm spoiled... My office is 2 blocks from Yuengling Brewery. I've enjoyed more than my share of every flavor of Yuengling over the years. Chesterfield is still my favorite but I have to say their limited release Hershey Chocolate Porter this year is pretty tasty. I've been shipping it out of...
