I'm guessing so. Kinda like I like fresh baked bread or buns, but if you're from the south it's usually cornbread. And I've never had collard greens... so no input... don't think they would be for me either.

Here in Iowa we call them taverns.
1 lb hamburger
1 small onion
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
3/4 tsp salt

You'll do great Justin! But numbers of people help. As mentioned, pulled pork feeds a bunch. For smaller groups, cook what you enjoy cooking the most. Also, something that reheats well since it will be a work thing.
