Big Game -- Thought I would attach some pics I snapped to show what I found helpful to use. I know someone else here at SMF did this too.
After 11 hours run time cooking a Pork butt.. still maybe 1/3rd of a basket left.
Update. Got tied up yesterday but the Brisket did okay. 11 hrs to 165/foil. Then 2.5 hrs in oven @ 250 to finish. I was tracking too much stuff in the house since it rained so had to bring it in. (we are getting our house ready to sell so I was cleaning otherwise)
The Drum did well going...
I have not had the drum out in maybe 6 weeks. I now have a little more time on my hands. (last day of work was Oct 1st - more on that later) My Dad brought up some of the sauce I grew up on (Leigh's Kevil, KY and Starnes in Paducah, KY) as they are in town for the arrival of boy # 3. (not yet)...

Harbor Freight is the cheapest around here for welding gloves. 3 pr for about 7.99 last time I was in.
