How do you record your Recipes?

I write them down on the computer, save them and then allow One Drive to automatically upload it. I will, from time to time, copy them to a thumb drive. Once I have enough, I plan to print it all and make books for my kids. As for measurements, tea and tablespoons, cups, etc.

    Zuppa Toscana Soup

This one is pretty much a staple around here. I gently smoke the sausage first, use kale instead of spinach, and, finally, we use coconut cream (solid part only) in lieu of the heavy cream. Of course, it is topped with freshly grated Parmesan.

    New Christmas toy

I keep asking myself why I haven't bought one of these yet, but I'll have to wait for my Inkbird to die first. Good looking beef roast. 😎👍

    Rotisserie

Seriously, these guys have it wrong. Go to Lowes and buy a Napoleon rotisserie. It's going to cost you $1,500, but they'll throw in a gas grill for free. 😁...

High end knife vs electric slicer vs the local butcher

I agree with @Culinary Otter in buying a slicer. Not only can you cut your jerky slices, but also lunch meat and bacon. Know this, like everything else in life, you get what you pay for! Scour Craigslist and Marketplace for a commercial slicer and never look back.

    LET THE AGING BEGING

When we were in Cleburne, there were a few ranchers that processed their own for local buyers.

First ever smoke on my new stickburner!

Nicely done! I'd take part in that! I guess the invitation got lost in the mail. I remember my first smoke. We won't talk about that, though. 😁

    King Mattress

As a 250# disabled vet with back, knee and shoulder issues, we moved to a hybrid memory foam mattress with coils at the bottom, and stuck it on an adjustable base. It has been quite the game changer for us! As for your headboard, you could put it on blocks, but it wouldn't be very stable...

    Hello! from florida !

BoB, I'm with you on the whole dry aging thing, though I'm going to try the refrigerator route using dry aging bags like UMAi. I've seen a number of videos from many different channels and it all seems easy enough to do and with pretty good results. The Better 9/10ths and I are upgrading our...
